2.) “Moving Day” pkg. Can you ever have too much help on moving day? Avoid relocation stress syndrome!! Hire me for oversight of the multiple activities going on that day. $360.00 for 5 hours (regularly $375.00). Staging is available at hourly rate.

 

3.) “Downsizing” pkg. Who needs help deciding what’s worth keeping versus getting rid of? I offer practical and efficient advice on how to handle the contents of your house and options moving forward. $210.00 for 3 hours (regularly $225.00)

 

4.) The “Senior” pkg. Take the stress off your family. Hire me for pre or post moving day backup. I’m available for any type of move management…sorting, packing, disposal assistance, organization, moving day and setup. Let’s start with an in-person consult and come up with a game plan. $510.00 for 7 hours (regularly $525.00)

 

5.) “Quick Sweep” pkg. Intensive one-on-one dialogue that offers a full review of your home and property. I offer practical solutions and support for your situation. $210.00 for 3 hours (regularly $225.00)

6.) “This & That” pkg. Hire me for half a day and YOU choose what needs to be done. Show me your list!! Errands, appts., returns, gifts, bills, and service calls. $290.00 for 4 hours (regularly $300.00)

 

7.) “Interiors” pkg. Are you in need of a “go to” person for oversight of your house renovation or expansion? Someone to keep track of contractors, decorators, and designers? DELEGATE the necessary tasks that go hand-in-hand with your project. Let’s not forget the punch list. $70/hourly (regularly $75.00)

 

8.) “And Away We Go” pkg. There’s nothing like the peace of mind knowing your property is being looked after when traveling. Would you like to come home to fresh flowers and a stocked refrigerator? Complete care of your primary and secondary home is available. $210.00 for 3 hours per house, per season (regularly $225.00)

 

9.) “Wardrobes & Closets” pkg. Any and everything to do with wardrobe management. Let’s begin with an in-person consult before I get to work. Closet overhauls are essential. $290.00 for 4 hours (regularly $300.00)
